Are there membership plans or day passes available?

Fitloft does not offer membership plans or day passes. We specialize in personalized training packages tailored to your fitness goals.

I would like to start weightlifting, but I'm concerned about privacy. How can we solve this?

At Fitloft, we prioritize your comfort and privacy. Our gym is designed to accommodate a maximum of three clients at any given time, ensuring ample space and personalized attention from our trainers.

What happens if I can't make a session after booking it with my respective trainer?

If you need to cancel a session, please inform your respective trainer at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our trainers to reallocate the slot to other potential clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be fully charged.

Are shower facilities available at Fitloft?

Yes, we provide shower facilities equipped with soap and hairdryers for your convenience. Please bring your own towel and change of clothes.

Is Fitloft an inclusive gym?

While Fitloft primarily focuses on personalized training, we understand that some clients prefer to work out with a partner. If both individuals have similar fitness goals, we may accommodate a shared session with one of our trainers.

Can I adjust the frequency of my training sessions based on my schedule?
